To address this issue, please switch to another USB port on your device or use a USB adapter that provides a minimum output voltage of 5V and a current of 1.3A or higher. For optimal performance, we recommend using a power supply with an output of 5V and a current of 1.5A or higher to enhance the light of the lamp. If you are unsure about the output details of your USB devices, it is advisable to use a USB adapter directly on ScreenBar Halo. Before connecting a USB adapter, make sure to check the specifications for output information. The output information of the USB adapter should be displayed as follows: OUTPUT: 5V ⎓ 1.5A. Avoid using a USB extension cable with ScreenBar Halo as it may result in light flashes or abnormal operations.
